We believe in providing adequate job training to the underserved residents in our community and job placement that pays a living wage to our workers which empowers and inspires systemic change within the communities we serve.
Our business model is built around fulfilling a deep need for affordable housing, and our Opportunity Zone Fund structure offers investors an economic upside potential on both real estate and the fabrication business, combined with significant federal and state tax benefits.
MIT Modular was created to help solve the need for affordable housing, by Park City Basecamp and Gorilla Design visionaries Blake Christian and Roi Maufas.

Blake brings over 35 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients that include multinational, publicly-traded corporations, as well as closely held owner-managed businesses.

Roi Maufas
Roi is the Lead Designer for MIT Modular. Roi has 20 years developing and managing multi-million dollar ventures and is well versed in strategic planning, project management and resource development.

David Donaldson
David has 40 years of experience as a designer, builder, developer, and general contractor.
He holds the two highest General Contractor licenses in Utah (B100 & E100) which allow him to bid and contract for ANY commercial or residential construction project in Utah.

Parker J. Christian
Parker brings over 10 years of unique revenue-enhancing and account-management skills through omni-channel marketing strategies.
